We're Hiring: Project Team Leader:

Harlow, Essex -based | Working on UK + International Projects
We're creating a brand-new Projects Team and we're looking for an ambitious, commercially
minded Project Team Leader to help shape it from the ground up.
If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service, building high-performing
teams, and managing projects across borders, this is a rare opportunity to make a real

What You'll Do
Support daily project management from design , inquiry to delivery & invoicing
Process quotes, raise orders, and arrange deliveries (UK and international)
Coordinate team workload, ensuring priorities are clear and urgent tasks are actioned
Manage project forecasts and profitability
Oversee cross-border logistics and documentation for global projects
Run weekly project meetings and maintain accurate project records
Identify risks early and escalate when needed
Build strong communication, internal relationships and deliver a seamless 360° customer
experience
Monitor team performance and ensure high service standards
About You
You're a confident, positive leader who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment.
You bring:
Strong commercial or project management experience
Ideally a background in lighting, technical solutions, design or the built environment
Experience managing international deliveries or logistics
Excellent financial understanding and attention to detail
Strong confidence in managing contracts, processing quotes and orders, and
maintaining clear communication with clients and supply chain partners.
Strong prioritisation skills — able to identify what's urgent and allocate resources
effectively
A proactive, organised, "can-do" attitude
Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgement
The ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate your team
