What You Bring

• Strong background in residential mechanical ventilation, specialising in MEV and MVHR systems
• 5+ years of proven sales success within the ventilation or related building services sector
• A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the energy to win new business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while staying closely connected to a supportive team
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Southeast and London
