As we continue our strong growth trajectory into 2026 and beyond, we're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Area Sales Manager for the Northwest to help lead our next chapter.

The NW England region—Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas—is rich with opportunity. You'll take ownership of this high-potential territory, building trusted partnerships across our four core sectors and becoming the go-to expert for resilient, efficient lighting solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, values deep client engagement, and is motivated by the challenge of turning complex project requirements into meaningful technical and commercial wins.
Your mission? To be the "wise adviser" your clients depend on—and the partner they want by their side on every project.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive Growth & Lead Projects

• Deliver revenue and profit growth across the NW region
• Manage lighting projects from concept through specification to order—directly with contractors or via wholesalers
• Develop a clear, strategic approach to each of our key sectors

Build Meaningful Relationships

• Proactively meet new and existing clients, identifying opportunities and shaping solutions early
• Provide responsive, high-quality support through email, phone, online and face-to-face interactions
• Become the trusted advisor clients rely on for expertise, clarity and reliability

Be an Ambassador for Quality

• Demonstrate products, launch new solutions and communicate our commitment to performance and durability
• Attend key exhibitions, conferences and sector events
• Visit diverse sites including rail environments, secure facilities, mental health institutions and construction sites

Collaborate & Contribute

• Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Technical teams
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues when needed, and contribute to our strong collaborative culture
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports to inform business decisions
