About you: 

• 5+ years' PAE in employment and workplace relations law. 
• Strong technical expertise across employment, industrial relations and/or work health and safety matters. 
• Experiencing drafting employment contracts, workplace policies and related documentation. 
• Experiencing managing employment litigation and dispute resolution matters. 
• Excellent advisory and communication skills. 
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service. 
• Strong relationship building skills and a desire to contribute to business development. 
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.
