Our client is an established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Senior Associate and their paralegal to join its growing Commercial Litigation practice in Sydney.  

This is a unique opportunity to play an instrumental role in establishing and developing the firm's Sydney presence, with significant autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the future of the office. 

Duties will include: 

• Manage a varied portfolio of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. 
• Advise clients across business and commercial disputes, banking, construction, and contractual disputes.
• Handle matters involving class actions, defamation, employment disputes, and professional negligence.
• Manage insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, and property related disputes. 
• Take responsibility for client relationships and deliver commercially focused legal advice. 
• Support and supervise paralegal resources, participate in networking, marketing, and business development activities to support the firm's continued growth.
