Duties will include: 

• Lead and manage corporate M&A transactions and complex transactional matters.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Take ownership of matters and deliver high quality work with minimal supervision.
• Delegate work effectively and supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Support the continued growth of the Corporate M&A practice and contribute to the wider team.
