Our client is a leading litigation law firm based in Sydney CBD.

They are currently seeking a talented Insurance & Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3–5 PAE) to join their high performing team.

The Role
In this full time and permanent position, you will work alongside recognised partners and senior lawyers on quality, complex files, gaining hands on experience and genuine career development.

You will handle a busy and diverse caseload, predominantly across defendant insurance matters (75%), while also gaining exposure to commercial litigation (25%).

About You

• 3–5 years’ PAE, ideally within defendant insurance litigation, with or without some commercial litigation exposure.
• Strong understanding of insurance law.
• High quality drafting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong client management skills.
• Ability to manage files autonomously while working collaboratively with the team.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a pragmatic, commercial mindset.
• A team player with a positive attitude and desire to grow within the firm.
