Legal Administrator – Commercial Dispute Resolution and Litigation
 
Our client is a highly regarded national commercial law firm.

The role is for a Legal Administrator to join the fast-paced Commercial Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.  

The team are passionate and hardworking and have a strong and varied client base and a great variety of matters including Commercial Class Actions.

Duties include:

• Email and diary management
• Liaising with clients
• Matter management to keep the team on top of their deadlines
• Attending to time entries, expense reconciliation, processing third party invoices and reporting
• Preparation of documents including letters, contracts and general correspondence
• General administrative duties such as document management and travel bookings
• Assisting with high volume, and at times, complex billing and matter opening
