WILLS AND ESTATES AND PROPERTY LAWYER - Central Coast
4 + years PQE

Our client is a well-established Law firm on the Central Coast of NSW.   The practice has been operating for 36 years and has built a highly regarded reputation for providing professional and personable client services in the areas of Property and Conveyancing, Wills and Estates and Family law. 
  
The firm has a well-established and continued referral network client base in both areas of law and provide an efficient service to clients. 
  
The role is for an experienced Lawyer in the areas of Wills and Estates and Property Law.   You will manage your own matters and provide advice to clients on Estate, Wills, and Property-related matters, including disputes.
  
You will supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals in the areas of Wills and Estates and Property and maintain strong client relationships.  You will also oversee a very busy conveyancing practice.
  
Duties include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Deceased estate administration
• Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs) and NCAT guardianship and administration matters
• Trusts and superannuation matters
• Drafting legal documents, including Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Loan Agreements
• Advising clients and preparing formal legal opinions
• Prepare and issue contracts for the sale of properties
  Assist with purchases, pre-exchange, proceeding to exchange of contracts and the settlement of matters
• To liaise with lending institutions, solicitors, real estate agents, clients, etc. on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of files
• File management
• Weekly business reporting to Directors
• To utilise client trust records from LEAP
• Maintain and develop client relationships
