About the opportunity
As a junior conveyancing paralegal day to day you can expect to:
- Provide support to an experienced conveyancing paralegal
- Assist with the preparation of contracts of sale and vendor’s statements for residential and commercial properties for Government, private sector and not for profit clients
- Assist with contract and vendor’s statement reviews for residential properties for Government and not for profit clients
- Attend to the settlement process for the sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties utilising SPEAR
- Attend to the lodgement of plans of subdivision and easements utilising SPEAR
- Attend to a variety of property and titling matters
About you You will be a self-starter with a genuine interest in developing your career in conveyancing and property. You will also:
- Be a reliable team member who enjoys working collaboratively;
- Possess excellent attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to your work;
- Be comfortable within a dynamic and high-volume environment; and
- Take a professional approach in everything you do.
