Expertech is exclusively partnering with a technology consulting and delivery partner specialising in modern digital transformation, helping organisations design and deliver scalable, high-performing commerce and customer experience platforms.
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the consulting practice on a 12-month fixed-term contract (possible extension). This role will play a key part in delivering complex digital programmes across commercetools, CMS platforms, and broader digital experience  ecosystems. Working in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will lead delivery across multi-disciplinary teams, engaging directly with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across scope, time, cost, and quality.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects across the full SDLC lifecycle
• Manage delivery of platforms including commercetools, CMS, and integrated digital solutions
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate governance forums including weekly status meetings and steering committees
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and support solution delivery
• Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and third-party vendors
• Maintain RAID logs, delivery trackers, schedules, and project documentation
• Monitor financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, timesheets, billing, and invoicing
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Drive reporting, transparency, and effective communication across all levels of the project

Essential Skills and Experience

• 6+ years' experience in Project Management with 10+ years in the IT industry
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects in a consulting or systems integration environment
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end delivery across Agile and/or hybrid methodologies
• Strong experience with digital platforms such as CMS, eCommerce, or composable architecture (e.g. commercetools)
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial delivery outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders
• Strong understanding of SDLC and structured delivery governance
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting frameworks

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience with commercetools or composable commerce architectures
• CMS platform delivery experience (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Contentful)
• Background working in a consulting or digital agency environment
• Experience delivering cloud-based or modernised digital platforms
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe
• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs across multiple industries
