Snr Product Strategy Manager - SaaS

In this role, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for a dedicated product portfolio, working closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver innovative, user-focused outcomes. You'll combine customer insight, market intelligence, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, define priorities, and help bring new ideas to life.
 
You'll play a key role in connecting product vision with execution — partnering with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure products deliver measurable value and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify trends, opportunities, and product direction.
• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives aligned to business and customer outcomes.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into practical, high-value solutions.
• Champion user-centred product development through design thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive successful delivery.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs, reporting, experimentation, and customer feedback loops.
• Support go-to-market activities including positioning, launch planning, pricing, and adoption strategies.
• Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly across all levels of the business.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments and modern product methodologies.
• Experience with design thinking, experimentation, customer research, and product discovery practices.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience working across SaaS, technology, or digital product environments highly regarded.
