Expertech is partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant organisational design and advisory transformation initiative. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong management consulting background to support a high-profile organisation design engagement.
 
This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering fully remote work flexibility across Australia, with Sydney-based candidates preferred. Due to the nature of the engagement, candidates must currently reside in Australia and hold full, unrestricted working rights.
 
This is an urgent requirement with a streamlined one-stage interview process and immediate start available.
 
Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support organisation design and transformation initiatives
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple business units
• Conduct current-state and future-state analysis
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Develop process maps, business cases, operating model documentation and advisory artefacts
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable business and operational recommendations
• Support change and transformation activities across the engagement lifecycle
• Prepare high-quality presentations and executive-level reporting

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within management consulting or advisory environments
• Strong experience supporting organisation design, operating model or transformation programs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced consulting-style environments
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication capabilities
• Experience producing executive-ready deliverables and presentations
• Must be based in Australia with full working rights

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within large enterprise or government transformation programs
• Exposure to workforce planning, target operating models or business transformation initiatives
• Experience working within tier-one consulting firms or advisory practices
• Sydney-based candidates highly regarded
