Expertech is URGENTLY recruiting for a Business Analyst | CRM to work on a long term client advisory Engagement. In this role will be working with the client on gathering requirements, doing Service Design and creating the future state of the IT Landscape. There might be some requirements gathering/consulting around (future) CRM and CDP as well. This initial contract will be 6 months, thereafter an extension will be likely.
 
Responsibilities

• Responsible for gathering and producing requirements
• Writing epics, user stories, and features
• Creating a Service Design
• AS IS and TO BE process mapping
• Advisory on CRM and CDP future state
• Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum teams
• Engineer processes and planning for digital projects
• Working with both mobile and web platform applications
• Assisting development teams
• Assisting with process facilitation, engaging with internal, external and client stakeholders
• Assisting internal QA testers with UAT test plans
• Tracking of your project tasks and progress, including managing Jira sprints, boards, and
• tickets, and ensuring there is accurate time tracking being upheld in Jira.
• Producing clear documentation of your projects and ensuring all relevant project
• documentation is stored in Confluence, including but not limited to:
• - Project overview
• - Meeting notes
• - File lists with client assets and contract documentation
• - Product requirements
• - Risk register
• - Diagrams and journey maps
• - Developer documentation and deployment instructions
• Problem solving throughout the delivery process, flagging potential issues early when

 
Qualifications & experience

• 6+ years working as a Business Analyst working across Martech and Digital projects
• CRM and CDP would be and advantage
• Consulting sector
• Must have proven track record reviewing customer journeys, facilitating requirements, writing user stories, features, epics, business analysis planning and monitoring, eliciting requirements from stakeholders, analysing gaps, process facilitation, process mapping identifying and assessing solutions
• Ability to understand and work around complex business processes
• Must have strong Agile team experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Website personalisation experience
• Experience working with Jira and confluence
• Experience using agile methodologies and resource time tracking
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Formal Business Analysis qualifications will be highly desirable (CBAP, CCBA, BABOK etc)
• Consultancy background preferred
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
