Software Solutions Architect

We're looking for a Software Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between enterprise architecture and delivery execution. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical architecture capability with strong delivery oversight and stakeholder management skills.

You'll work closely with the Architecture team to ensure strategic designs are practical, scalable, and successfully delivered across multiple enterprise platforms and programs. This is not a pure "hands-off" architecture role — you'll be actively overseeing delivery teams, validating technical decisions, ensuring alignment to architectural standards, and challenging solutions where required.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise and Domain Architects to translate architecture strategy into executable delivery plans
• Oversee implementation teams to ensure solutions are delivered in line with approved architecture and engineering standards
• Review and validate technical designs, integration patterns, and delivery approaches
• Identify architectural risks, gaps, and delivery issues early and drive remediation
• Work closely with engineering, delivery, product, vendors, and business stakeholders across multiple initiatives
• Ensure consistency, scalability, security, and maintainability across enterprise platforms
• Provide governance, technical assurance, and solution oversight throughout the SDLC
• Act as the key liaison between architecture and delivery teams

Required Experience

• Proven experience in enterprise-scale Solution Architecture or Technical Design leadership roles
• Strong enterprise integration experience across complex ecosystems and platforms
• Deep experience delivering modern digital platforms and front-end solutions, particularly React based applications
• Strong experience with Google data technologies and enterprise data integration
• Experience working with SAP Finance ecosystems and enterprise financial platforms
• Exposure to custom-built internal enterprise platforms, particularly claims, policy, and operational systems
• Strong understanding of API-led architecture, event-driven integration, cloud-native patterns, and enterprise governance
• Experience overseeing delivery vendors and engineering teams in large-scale environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong balance of architecture governance and practical delivery execution
• Able to challenge technical direction while remaining collaborative and delivery-focused
• Comfortable operating across both strategic and hands-on technical discussions

Desirable

• Cloud platform experience 
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or enterprise transformation programs
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
