Business Development Director - Digital, SaaS, Engagement & Incentive Solutions

We're looking for a high-performing, hunter-style Business Development Director to win new business and grow strategic client relationships.
The Role This is a new business focused sales role responsible for building pipeline, winning complex deals and exceeding revenue targets. You will:

• Prospect and win new clients through cold outreach, networking and strategic targeting
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across enterprise accounts
• Lead consultative, solutions-based sales with multiple decision makers
• Develop strategic account plans, stakeholder mapping and client insights
• Work closely with internal SMEs to create compelling client proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing clients
• Maintain opportunity tracking and pipeline management through CRM

About You

• 5+ years' experience selling high-value solutions to enterprise / blue-chip clients
• Proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets
• A true sales hunter who creates their own opportunities
• Strong consultative and strategic selling skills
• Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills
• Experience selling to Sales or Marketing leaders is highly regarded
