CRM Business Analyst - CRM, ERP, CMS

You will be part of an IT support function and be an autonomous and communicative person, working in a small sized team of 4 and used to providing an excellent client experience. You need to possess, 3+ years in a similar type function, with ideally 1-2 years working in a similar industry or small, client side company, where collaboration and communication is key. You will be engaged on a large scale CRM integration project, helping the client to streamline their platform. 

CRM Business Analyst - CRM, ERP, CMS - skills required:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in supporting and analysing CRM or ERP systems
• Support and maintain the primary CRM environment
• Engage with the business stakeholders to understand their challenges and opportunities
• Translate business requirements into CRM solutions by way of roadmap planning
• Deliver CRM solutions by way of Project Management.
• Harness the power of CRM data to generate insights, drive decision-making, and improve
  customer engagement.
• Facilitate the development of reports for business use.

You will also Collaborate with business departments to develop, optimise and integrate business processes into the CRM system, improve customer interaction processes, and recommend enhancements to the CRM system.

• Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining high user satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of the latest CRM trends and technologies to continually enhance system functionality and user experience.
• The CRM Systems Analyst role must bring a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to optimise our customer relationship management systems.

The CRM Business Analyst - CRM, ERP, CMS role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technology and business, ultimately driving customer success and business growth.

This role is a permanent role and based in Macquarie Park. Pays $120K base + super. 

You must currently have Australian permanent residency, visa clearance or be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role.
