Our client, a healthcare charity, is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong track record in employee relations, HR change management, and organisational restructures. You will provide strategic HR support during a period of significant organisational development, bringing expertise and stability to their people function.

Lead employee relations and HR change initiatives during a critical restructuring phase
£40,750 per annum on a 12-month interim contract
Strategic HR partnership role with direct impact on organisational outcomes

Preferred Requirements

Proven expertise in employee relations, with experience managing sensitive conversations and resolving workplace issues
Demonstrated success leading HR change programmes and organisational restructures
Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice HR governance
Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation
Ability to work independently and build credibility quickly in an interim capacity

Preferred Qualifications

CIPD qualification (Diploma level or above)
Minimum five years' experience in an HR business partner or similar strategic HR role
Experience working within healthcare, charity or non-profit organisation would be beneficial.
