Employee Engagement Partner (Permanent Position)
£45,000
Hybrid but based in Woking 3 days / week
Unite Talent are in partnership with a school catering business to recruit an Employee Engagement Partner on a permanent basis, paying up to £45,000. The role is Hybrid but based in Woking 3 days/week. Candidates looking to apply must have 2-3 years experience working in Employee Engagement, including leading Staff Survey's. You will be engaging, energetic, and have outstanding written communication.
The organisation serves over 800,000 students across more than 1,500 schools nationwide. They are on a mission to create a positive food culture and help students enjoy healthier, better-quality food.
Reporting to the People Director, the Employee Engagement Partner will:
- Own the full scope of employee engagement, recognition, and the internal communications strategy around employee engagement and recognition across the organisation
- Create and deliver compelling content across multiple channels (email, newsletters, intranet, video, and presentation), while managing a strategic content calendar
- Champion employee voice through surveys, events, and initiatives, whilst measuring impact and driving continuous improvement
The organisation have a staff survey that is run through an external provider, and the successful candidate will work with the external provider to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role will be to raise awareness of the quarterly survey, and drive response rates and encourage employee feedback. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to share survey results and reports, including engagement figures and themes.
In addition to the Staff Survey, you will be responsible for the company Rewards scheme, which includes monthly and quarterly awards for employees, whereby various prizes and accolades occur. You will take ownership of the Employee Rewards scheme, encourage nominations, and work together with the SLT to identify and communicate the winners. You will create content to share across the organisation, including such nominations and good news stories.
Preferred Requirements - 3+ years of experience in employee engagement
- Proven expertise in employee engagement platforms, staff surveys, and employee recognition programmes
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple formats and channels
- Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools such as intranet systems or internal email software
