We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing workplace design and fit-out group based in central London, close to Cannon Street.
This is a key role for an experienced recruiter who understands the Design & Build, workplace design, fit-out or construction environment and can partner confidently with senior stakeholders to attract high-quality talent across a range of specialist roles.
You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment life-cycle, while also helping to shape and improve the organisation’s wider talent acquisition strategy, processes and infrastructure.
The Role
You’ll manage recruitment across a diverse portfolio of businesses operating within the workplace design and fit-out sector, covering operational, commercial, project management and leadership positions. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you’ll provide a consultative recruitment service, from initial vacancy briefing and sourcing strategy through to offer, on-boarding and future talent planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and on-boarding support
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and understand workforce requirements
- Recruit across operational, commercial, project management and leadership functions
- Source and engage high-calibre candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, referrals, networking and existing talent pools
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, culture and business needs
- Provide market insight, salary bench-marking and professional recruitment advice to hiring managers
- Create compelling job descriptions, job adverts and candidate attraction campaigns
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage agency relationships and ensure adherence to preferred supplier arrangements, commercial terms and service standards
- Monitor agency performance, quality of hire and value for money
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and on-boarding with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records within Bullhorn and internal systems
- Track and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline health, diversity and hiring performance
- Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives
- Contribute to wider talent initiatives, succession planning and organisational growth
As well as delivering recruitment, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how talent acquisition operates across the wider group. This includes:
- Managing and developing a preferred agency supply list, including agency selection, terms of business and process implementation
- Supporting a centralised recruitment process to improve vacancy approval, reporting and visibility
- Helping to optimise the use of the organisation’s ATS/CRM, improving talent pooling, vacancy tracking and recruitment data
- Working alongside HR and IT to develop and embed effective vacancy approval and recruitment processes
About You We’re looking for an experienced in-house or agency recruiter who has a strong understanding of the
Design & Build sector and can demonstrate successful recruitment into roles within workplace design, fit-out, construction or closely related environments.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience recruiting into Design & Build / workplace design and fit-out roles — this is essential.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of disciplines and seniority levels.
- Excellent sourcing and direct recruitment skills.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to provide meaningful salary and talent insights.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies and preferred supplier relationships.
- A data-driven and process-focused approach to talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using an ATS/CRM; Bullhorn experience would be advantageous.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to operate comfortably in a growing, multi-business environment.
What's on Offer? - £50,000–£65,000 salary, depending on experience.
