Barnardos Australia is a leading non-denominational children's social care and wellbeing not-for-profit organisation providing direct care and support to approximately 15,000 children, young people, adults, families and communities across NSW and ACT through its integrated Child and Family Hubs. With nearly 400 dedicated staff, Barnardos delivers tailored services that protect children from harm, support them to heal, and strengthen connections within their families, culture and communities.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Giving, the Donor Support & Insights Manager will play a critical role in enabling data-driven fundraising and strengthening the donor experience across Barnardos. Combining donor services leadership, CRM management, analytics and business intelligence, you'll lead a high-performing donor support function while ensuring the organisation has the systems, processes and insights needed to grow sustainable income and deepen donor engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a data-savvy fundraising professional who enjoys translating information into action. You'll lead the donor services team, champion data integrity, oversee CRM performance and provide strategic insights that drive acquisition, retention and upgrade opportunities. You'll help shape supporter journeys, optimise campaign performance and build a culture of evidence-based decision making across the Revenue & Giving team.
