SANE is Australia's leading innovator in digital mental health, delivering online mental health community support services for people experiencing complex mental health issues and trauma, and their family, friends and carers. With a vision of a brighter future for people, families and communities facing complex mental health challenges, SANE combines service delivery, advocacy, education and innovation to create meaningful and lasting change.

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy and Fundraising, the Individual Giving Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering SANE's new Fundraising Growth Strategy, helping drive revenue growth, expand the supporter base and strengthen long-term donor engagement. Working across annual appeals, matched giving campaigns, donor acquisition and regular giving, you'll develop and implement integrated fundraising campaigns that drive revenue growth, strengthen donor retention and build a sustainable pipeline of supporters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-informed and creative fundraising professional who enjoys both strategy and delivery. Working closely with fundraising, marketing and digital colleagues, you'll optimise campaign performance, enhance supporter experiences and develop donor journeys that inspire deeper engagement. You'll also play an important role in strengthening systems, reporting and segmentation, helping SANE continue to build a contemporary and high-performing fundraising program.
