This newly created role represents an incredible opportunity to build BCNA’s marketing automation and performance capability from the ground up at a pivotal point in the organisation’s evolution.
As Marketing Automation and Performance Specialist, you will lead the development of BCNA’s marketing automation, personalisation and data-led optimisation to shape how members and supporters experience BCNA across the digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will bring deep technical marketing expertise to design and deliver high-performing journeys and digital communications that maximise acquisition, engagement, retention and fundraising outcomes.
With deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will design, build and optimise dynamic, insight-driven digital marketing utilising journey builder, automation studio and email studio for the organisation. You’ll continually test, refine and improve segmentation, timing and messaging, ensuring every interaction feels relevant, human and purposeful. Working closely with colleagues across CRM, data, member experience, fundraising and advocacy, you’ll help ensure member and supporter journeys are, dynamic, data driven and seamlessly connected from first engagement, built with behavioural triggers through to long-term involvement.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, improving performance and embedding best-practice ways of working. You’ll play a key role in lifting conversion rates, strengthening user experience and ensuring BCNA’s digital engagement is measurable, scalable and future-focused.
