The Karrkad Kanjdji Trust ("gada-gut guny-jee") (KKT) brings together Indigenous ranger groups, communities and philanthropists to address some of our nation’s most pressing issues. These include regenerating our natural environment, taking action on climate change, creating meaningful and equal employment opportunities, and supporting the continuation of the world’s oldest living culture.
Reporting to the Philanthropy Director, the Corporate Partnerships Executive plays a pivotal role in securing and growing corporate support for community-designed and community-led projects across more than 50, 000 square kilometres of land and sea Country in West and Central Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory. KKT works across six priority areas – biodiversity protection, fire and climate management, women rangers and leadership, cultural safeguarding, community wellbeing and education – and this role will help connect corporate partners to these high-impact initiatives.
The role will manage a defined portfolio of corporate prospects and donors, driving structured moves management, outreach and revenue growth. It requires discipline, curiosity, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to respectful partnership building.
In this role you will:
- Manage and grow a corporate portfolio: Progress a defined list of prospects and donors through clear pipeline stages with documented next steps
- Generate new business: Conduct proactive prospecting and consistent outreach aligned with organisational priorities
- Produce high-quality written outputs: Develop tailored proposals, partnership concepts and donor reports
- Maintain exceptional CRM discipline: Record activity, meetings and next actions in the CRM with accuracy, supporting forecasting and reporting
- Support stewardship and engagement: Coordinate donor meetings, briefings and site visits to ensure impactful, professional experiences
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives: Collaborate with the Philanthropy Director, CEO and broader team to support campaigns, events and donor engagement activities

About YOU: - Demonstrated experience managing a fundraising, partnerships or corporate portfolio
- Proven ability to identify, qualify and progress new prospects
- Strong written communication skills, producing quality proposals and reports
- High-level organisational discipline and proficiency with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build respectful, trust-based relationships
- Willingness to take direction, implement feedback and work within structured processes
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- Ability to travel to remote Arnhem Land locations
- Desirable:
- Experience in conservation, environment or Indigenous land management
- Experience working with Aboriginal organisations or in remote contexts
