Reporting to the Head of Supporter Engagement, the Fundraising Data Manager is a critical driver of Eastern Health Foundation’s fundraising performance, and the owner of the organisation’s Salesforce (NPSP) environment and broader data ecosystem.

This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for platform governance, automation, integrations and analytics. You will ensure the Foundation’s systems are optimised to support donor journeys and revenue growth across Individual Giving, Regular Giving, Philanthropy and Gifts in Wills, while safeguarding data integrity, privacy and financial accuracy.


In this role you will:

• Lead the fundraising data ecosystem: Manage and evolve Salesforce, improving configuration, security, automation, and usability to streamline fundraising operations
• Ensure clean, connected data: Manage integrations, data standards, deduplication and privacy controls
• Enable donor journey and campaigns: Deliver accurate segmentation, campaign structures and tracking frameworks
• Provide insight that drives growth: Build dashboards and KPI reporting across acquisition, retention and lifetime value
• Oversee donation processing and reconciliation: Ensure financial accuracy in partnership with Administration and Finance
• Partner with suppliers and uplift capability: Manage Salesforce partners and build data confidence across the team

About YOU:

• Significant experience managing or administering Salesforce (NPSP) within a fundraising environment
• Strong technical capability across flows, integrations, data mapping and automation — with the ability to translate complexity into practical solutions
• Deep understanding of fundraising programs and their KPIs
• Advanced segmentation and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
• Experience managing financial reconciliation processes within a fundraising CRM environment
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to partner with internal teams, finance, agencies and technical suppliers
• Highly organised, improvement-focused and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Alignment with Eastern Health’s values of Respect for all, Safe always, Partnering in care and Learning and improving every day
• Salesforce certification and/or experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Ortto, Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud) and Power BI highly regarded
