BCNA | Grow BCNA's individual giving program, lead donor acquisition and drive multi-channel campaigns.
Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) stands with Australians affected by breast cancer to ensure their voices drive meaningful change. As the leading breast cancer consumer organisation, we inform, support, connect and advocate driving a sense of connectedness for our community and better outcomes for them and our healthcare system.
Since their inception in 1998, they have built a strong and resilient network of over 250,000 individuals who have received their support. Alongside this network, BCNA work with the broader cohort of health professionals, government, healthcare providers and partners to influence and create a stronger healthcare system.
Now is an exciting time to join Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA). With a bold new five-year strategy underway, they’re embarking on a brand evolution that will amplify their impact and transform how they connect with their community. This role reflects their commitment to innovation, strengthening their services and expanding their impact to deliver even greater value to the communities they serve.
As Donor Acquisitions and Campaigns Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growing BCNA’s individual giving program, leading donor acquisition, crafting compelling donor moments and driving multi-channel campaigns that inspire generosity and deep connection. Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, this newly created role will help bring BCNA’s fundraising vision to life through purpose-led, insight driven work that expands reach and strengthens engagement.
This role is for a proactive go-getter who is growth oriented, curious and energised by opportunity. You will be comfortable testing new approaches, making informed recommendations, and taking ownership of both strategy and execution. This pivotal role demands initiative, drive and a strong sense of accountability and continuous improvement.
Working collaboratively across the Brand, Engagement and Income team, this role will lead integrated donor acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional channels. It will shape messaging, coordinate creative development, refine donation funnels and acquisition pathways, and use data and insights to ensure donor journeys are compelling, personal and aligned with BCNA’s values.
The role offers a high-potential individual the opportunity to build on their skills and experience and progress into a future team leadership role. This role will influence across teams, contribute to a strong and inclusive team culture, and model BCNA’s values of Care, Courage, Accountability and Belonging.
