CatholicCare Victoria is one of Victoria’s most trusted social service organisations, walking alongside individuals, families and communities to ensure everyone can belong and thrive. They deliver excellence in child, family and youth services, family relationship services, school counselling, social housing, employment and advocacy across the state.

Reporting to the Group Director, Philanthropy, Marketing & Communications, the Senior Manager, Philanthropy will lead CatholicCare Victoria’s major gifts, trusts and foundations, and bequest programs. This pivotal role will grow philanthropic income and build lasting relationships that enable life-changing impact.

You will:

• Build and steward long-term relationships with confirmed and intending bequestors, including members of the Parker Moffit Society.
• Lead engagement initiatives that inspire generosity and strengthen supporter loyalty.
• Collaborate across teams to align fundraising efforts with organisational priorities and impact goals.
• Manage budgets, performance reporting, and compliance in line with best-practice fundraising standards.

About YOU:

• Relationship-driven fundraising professional with a passion for purpose and alignment to CatholicCare Victoria’s values – Respectfulness, Inclusivity, Compassion, Integrity & Collaboration.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, manage and strengthen existing relationships, and drive the acquisition of new donors.
• Demonstrated success in major gifts, bequests and/or trusts and foundations fundraising.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including proposal writing.
• Strategic, organised, and collaborative working style.
