About the Foundation
The Alannah & Madeline Foundation is a national charity with a mission to keep children and young people free from violence and trauma wherever they live, learn, and play. Founded in memory of Alannah and Madeline Mikac, the Foundation delivers programs focused on prevention, care, and advocacy. The Foundation also supports Dolly’s Dream, which addresses bullying and its impacts—such as anxiety, depression, and youth suicide—through education and direct support for young people and families.
About the Board
The Board plays a vital role in shaping strategy, ensuring strong governance, and championing the Foundation’s impact. The Board works in partnership with a highly capable CEO and executive team, committed to delivering strategy and impact with integrity, energy, and purpose. Directors contribute across six key areas:
