The Position
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused, Technical Support Officer. Reporting into the MI and Data Manager, this role is multi-faceted, with responsibilities spanning IT Operations, User Support, and Technical Change Delivery.
The successful candidate will participate and contribute to the incident, problem, change and release management processes to ensure consistent, reliable and continued business operations.
They will be required to engage with various stakeholders including line of business managers, end-users, software vendors, and technology partners for problem resolution and participation in change and release management including coordination, promotion and maintenance of software builds through test environments and production.
The ideal applicant will be hardworking, knowledgeable, keen to learn and will work with a dedicated and friendly Head Office support team and our Clinicians working in the community.
The role is office based full time at our Moorabbin Head office.
As the Technical Support Officer you will be taking on the following key responsibilities:
- Application administration support across our suite of technology solutions including AlayaCare, 3CX, MS Office 365, WordPress, Employment Hero, Articulate 360 and others
- Overseeing Empower Network in all office locations
- Championing IT security
- Proactive Management of automation process and key application release management implications
- Provide first level support for technology hardware and software
- Coordinate change delivery
Do you have what it takes? - 5+ years’ experience in Level 1-3 Support
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology
- A desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience
- Hard working and outcome driven, you’ll have excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise time and manage multiple initiatives
- Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with system / network administration
- Experience with SaaS based software solutions
- Relevant certifications for IT Support professionals
- Experience with supporting Microsoft operating systems and MS 365 applications
- Experience with configuring, supporting and managing laptops, PCs and associated equipment, mobile devices, printers, video conferencing facilities, office productivity tools, and minor business applications.
