The Position
As a Relationship Manager with Empower Healthcare, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our allied health services across the Aged Care and NDIS sectors. Based in Sydney, this role will see you become the face of the company to our stakeholders in NSW.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with our extensive client base of Aged Care and NDIS service providers.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of business activities and account management.
- Conducting sales presentations.
- Responding promptly and proactively to queries raised by clients.
- Developing partnerships with key referral partners.
- Identifying potential clients and seeking new business opportunities.
- Conducting business reviews to assess opportunities for business growth.
- Attending workshops, networking events and industry expos.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, cold-calling and lead generation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to clearly formulate data and information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Adept at using and adapting to new CRM tools
- Full drivers’ licence
- Strong computer literacy, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
In addition, it would be great if you have:
- Knowledge of Allied Health services
- Experience in Aged Care and NDIS sectors
- Qualifications in aged care, disability or business.
