We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced POM Manager to oversee and grow our national division, driving clinical excellence, team performance, and strategic service development. The Position
Reporting into the Clinical Services Director, you will:
- Lead, support, and inspire a national team of POM Team Leaders and clinicians
- Drive the growth of POM services aligned with our strategic vision
- Oversee day-to-day operations, workforce planning, and service delivery across multiple locations
- Interpret financial reports and lead the team to achieve divisional budget and performance targets
- Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives
- Champion clinical governance, quality improvement, and service excellence
- Manage complaints and service risks with professionalism and transparency
- Deliver and contribute to strategic projects and service development initiatives
- Represent the organisation at external events and client meetings
Do you have what it takes? You are a confident leader with a deep understanding of the allied health landscape and a passion for delivering high-quality, client-centred care. You will bring:
- General AHPRA registration in Physiotherapy, or equivalent qualifications in Osteopathy or other relevant clinical discipline
- Proven experience in operational and clinical leadership within a healthcare setting
- A track record of managing multidisciplinary or national teams
- Strong skills in strategic planning, performance improvement, and clinical governance
- An engaging leadership style that fosters collaboration, accountability, and team development
- The ability to balance service delivery, team support, and stakeholder engagement
