As Head of Marketing, you'll have the freedom to shape global marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning and build the marketing capability needed to support the next stage of growth.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will:

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to support ambitious growth objectives.
• Build international brand awareness and establish a compelling market position.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns across established and emerging markets.
• Partner with global Sales and Product teams to drive demand generation and customer growth.
• Build scalable marketing capabilities, systems and processes to support international expansion.

About You We're looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial marketing leader who enjoys building something and seeing the results of their efforts.

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience across multiple international markets.
• A strong track record growing brands and driving commercial outcomes in technology-led businesses.
• Expertise in global go-to-market strategy, brand development and demand generation.
• Experience building marketing capability and leading teams through rapid business growth.
• A creative, collaborative and adaptable approach, with the confidence to operate in an evolving environment.

Experience in agritech, SaaS or connected technology would be valuable, but we're open to candidates from other industries who bring relevant international growth experience.
