This is much more than a traditional Head of Sales position. You'll have the opportunity to shape the commercial direction of a rapidly growing business, build international teams and play a pivotal role in taking New Zealand innovation to the world.

Reporting to the General Manager and joining the senior leadership team, you will:

• Develop and execute a global commercial strategy to accelerate revenue growth.
• Lead and scale international sales and customer success teams across multiple regions.
• Identify and develop new markets, particularly across North America, Europe and Latin America.
• Build the commercial structures, processes and capabilities needed to support rapid growth.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and expansion while influencing broader business strategy.

About You, We're looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader who has experienced the challenges and rewards of scaling an international business.

• Proven senior sales leadership experience across multiple international markets.
• A successful track record growing technology, SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses.
• Experience building, developing and inspiring geographically dispersed commercial teams.
• Strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking and the ability to turn opportunities into results.
• A collaborative, adaptable and hands-on leadership style, with the drive to thrive in a changing environment.

Experience in agritech or agriculture would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in leaders from other technology-driven industries.
