We are working closely with a well-established food manufacturing client in the Bay of Plenty who are looking for reliable, hands-on Operators to join their production team. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a business that is building towards being one of the region’s standout manufacturing employers.

The role is based in a modern facility in Mount Maunganui and operates on a rotating roster of day and night shifts. The work is varied, physical and structured across several production stages including packing, process loading, quality testing, lab work and forklift-assisted materials handling. You’ll be working in a team of 8–10 people per shift, contributing directly to production output and product quality.

Day-to-day you’ll be:

• Packing product and handling bags and boxes, including loads up to 25kg
• Supporting process loading and raw material handling
• Quality testing and laboratory work
• Forklift-assisted materials handling
• Working with automated and PLC-controlled processes as you develop
• Following high standards of safety, hygiene and quality

We’re looking for people with food or process manufacturing experience, a forklift licence and a strong safety-first attitude.
