With a small but highly efficient team and a strong focus on quality and consistency, We are now looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production Administrator to join their team!

The Opportunity:

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in keeping the day-to-day manufacturing operation running smoothly. You’ll work across production administration, purchasing, stock coordination, laboratory support and reporting, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of a manufacturing environment.

This is a replacement position, with the current employee retiring, providing an excellent opportunity for a thorough handover and hands-on training before they finish.

What you will do:

The Production Administrator will provide essential administrative and coordination support across production, purchasing and laboratory activities, ensuring information, stock and documentation are accurate and up to date.

• Assist with purchasing, stock monitoring and supplier follow-ups.
• Support routine QC testing and basic laboratory tasks.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation using Ostendo.
• Generate summary reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Receive purchase orders and enter stock movements.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and receipts.
• Issue and close assembly sheets and maintain accurate production records.
• Support stocktakes, filing and general administration.
• Work closely with the wider team to keep production and manufacturing activities running efficiently.

What we're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Someone practical who is comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.
• A willingness to learn and get involved across different areas of the business.
• Previous experience with an MRP or ERP system would be advantageous.
• Comfortable with moderate lifting when required.
