Our partner is a well-established market leader supplying technical solutions into the food and agricultural sectors across Australia and abroad. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer partnerships, they are looking to appoint an experienced National Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their national commercial function through a period of exciting change.

What you will do
As National Sales & Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the national sales and marketing strategy while leading a team across multiple regions.
While the business is Headquartered out of Melbourne, any East Coast location across QLD, NSW and VIC is acceptable (working remotely from home).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing national sales team.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and growth initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, margins and market trends to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets and commercial reports for senior leadership.
- Work closely with technical and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement across sales processes, CRM reporting and business planning.
What we are looking for To succeed in this role, you'll be a commercially minded leader with a proven ability to grow businesses and develop high-performing teams.
You will ideally bring: - Proven experience leading national sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong marketing experience with responsibility for brand growth, lead generation and market development.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing national sales strategies.
- A strong track record of delivering revenue, profit and gross margin growth.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting and CRM reporting.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Previous experience within food manufacturing, agriculture, or engineering sectors supporting the food or agricultural industries will be highly regarded.
