You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities while also developing strong relationships with existing customers and helping them grow. What you'll be doing

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across a range of manufacturing industries
• Manage and grow an established portfolio of customers
• Understand customer challenges and recommend the right solutions
• Develop long-term relationships built on trust and service
• Work closely with the wider sales and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

We're looking for someone who

• Is confident building relationships with customers at all levels
• Is self-motivated and enjoys managing their own territory
• Is organised, resilient and comfortable working autonomously
• Wants to learn technically and develop a long-term career

Full product and technical training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, ask good questions and uncover opportunities.
