We’re partnering with an established healthcare provider to find a Customer Consultant for their Christchurch clinic. With strong growth underway, it’s an exciting time to join.

This is a great step up for someone from a customer-facing role into a more specialised, career-building position. Full training and certification are provided.

You’ll sit at the centre of the clinic—combining customer service, admin, and sales support. Working with warm leads, you’ll build relationships, guide clients, and drive clinic growth.

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Conduct follow-ups and guide clients through treatment decisions
• Support clinic revenue through conversion of existing leads
• Manage bookings, records, and general clinic coordination
• Work closely with a small, collaborative in-clinic team
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing environment

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in customer service, retail, healthcare or similar people-focused roles
• Backgrounds such as pharmacy/chemist, beauty therapy, or healthcare are highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide range of people
• Confidence in having meaningful conversations and influencing outcomes
• A genuine interest in learning and developing specialist knowledge
