We’re partnering with an innovative organisation in the medical device sector to secure a Process Development Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of process development, working cross-functionally, and seeing their work move from concept through to production.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is motivated by delivering high-quality, compliant manufacturing outcomes.

What you will do:

• Design and develop manufacturing processes including tissue processing, packaging and sterilisation
• Support scale-up and transfer of new processes into manufacturing with strong documentation and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality and suppliers to ensure processes are robust, efficient and compliant
• Assist in developing validation strategies, including risk assessments and statistical analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and optimise resources

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in a process development or manufacturing engineering role
• Exposure to regulated environments (medical device experience highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of process validation, risk assessment and statistical tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
