Our highly respected manufacturing is currently expanding its production team and is seeking a skilled production line setters /Operators to keep up with demands. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a role with a business that values quality, continuous improvement, and team development.

The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production lines while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. This is a hands on role as a senior operator, helping to achieve the end to end packaging of product on various packaging and bottling lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete pre-operational checks, set up and operate production lines accurately to meet daily KPIs and output targets
• Operate all equipment as per the standard operating procedures. 
• Responsible for dispensing and blending of key ingredients as per the production schedule.
• Diagnose and respond to breakdowns, acting as a key link between production and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and quality standards
• Complete all production documentation accurately and support audit preparation
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing waste and increasing efficiency
• Support training and coaching of team members to build a high-performing workforce

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Solid understanding of health & safety and quality systems
• A team player with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset
• Experience supporting or mentoring others on the floor is highly advantageous
