Scitex is expanding and we’re ready to establish a strong, long-term presence in Christchurch. We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior or Principal Consultant to help us kick off our Canterbury growth story and build something meaningful from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
Business Growth & Client Development
- Driving new business across Canterbury
- Building relationships with new clients and developing long-term partnerships
- Securing quality job briefs and growing Scitex’s presence locally
- Collaborating with our team to further open up local sites of businesses we already service
Recruitment Delivery - Managing roles end-to-end where appropriate
- Partnering with our awesome Talent Team when beneficial to maximise delivery
- Ensuring every process reflects professionalism and quality
Brand Building & Market Presence - Helping establish Scitex as a recognised Christchurch recruitment partner
- Growing your personal profile and our brand locally
- Engaging in industry groups, events and networks
Team Contribution - Sharing leads, insights and opportunities across the business
- Supporting national collaboration and growth
What You Bring - Proven experience in recruitment, sales or talent acquisition
- Strong business development capability and commercial drive
- Confidence building relationships at all levels
- A collaborative mindset
- Digital and technology savvy
- Energy, resilience and ownership
- A desire to build better Mondays for others
Experience in engineering, scientific, manufacturing, food, agriculture or professional sectors is beneficial, but not essential.
