Scitex is partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distributor to recruit an experienced Warehouse Team Leader. This vacancy is due to internal movement, reflecting genuine career progression within the business.
Based in Mount Maunganui, this is a structured, shift-based leadership role ideal for someone who values consistency and clear expectations. Relocation support is available for candidates looking to make the move.
The role operates on a fixed 8-day rotating roster, offering long breaks between shifts and a predictable work pattern. The environment is operationally busy, safety-focused, and places high value on reliable, people-first leadership.
Shift pattern - rotating 8-day shift cycle, totaling 82 hours per fortnight:
- Work 2 x 12-hour day shifts, finishing at 6:00pm on Day 2
- Then 24 hours off
- Start 6:00pm and work 2 x 12-hour night shifts
- Followed by 4 consecutive days off
- Roster then repeats
What you will do:
• Lead and supervise a warehouse team
• Coordinate labour and workflow to meet shift targets
• Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
• Support picking, dispatch and inventory as required
• Coach, train and ensure clear shift handovers

• Proven experience leading teams in a warehouse environment
• Forklift licence (F & OSH)
• Reliability and commitment to shift work
