This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on, generalist HR leadership role within a collaborative, values-driven organisation. You’ll take ownership of the full people function, enabling leaders to focus on operations while you shape culture, capability, and compliance across the business.
Based in Auckland, this permanent part-time role offers genuine scope to increase hours over time as the organisation continues to grow. Occasional monthly travel to Christchurch is required to support head office and wider teams.
