At Scitex, we’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution business to secure an experienced Warehouse Team Leader. This is a shift-based leadership role, suited to someone who values structure, consistency and clear expectations.

The role operates on a fixed 8-day rotating roster, offering long breaks between shifts and a predictable work pattern. The environment is operationally busy, safety-focused, and places high value on reliable, people-first leadership.

Shift pattern - This role operates on a rotating 8-day shift cycle, totaling 82 hours per fortnight:

• Work 2 x 12-hour day shifts, finishing at 6:00pm on Day 2
• Then 24 hours off
• Start 6:00pm and work 2 x 12-hour night shifts
• Followed by 4 consecutive days off
• Roster then repeats

What you will do

• Lead and supervise a warehouse team 
• Coordinate labour, workflow and priorities to meet daily shift targets
• Ensure safe work practices, compliance and housekeeping standards
• Support picking, packing, dispatch and inventory activities as required
• Coach, train and support team members on shift
• Ensure clear communication and handovers between shifts

What we are looking for

• Proven reliability and commitment to shift-based work
• Previous experience leading or supervising teams in a warehouse environment
• A current forklift license (F and OSH)
• Strong, practical leadership style with a calm approach under pressure
• Clear communication skills and confidence leading on the floor
• Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of accountability
