Are you an experienced Warehouse & Forklift Operator looking for an immediate start? Join a fast-paced, high-quality cosmetics manufacturing company where you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
This temporary morning shift position will give you the chance to work across multiple sites, gain exposure to all areas of warehouse and production operations, and develop your skills in inventory management, ERP systems, and warehouse processes.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and highly motivated with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
What You will Do
- Operate forklifts (F-endorsed license required) to safely move, load, and transfer products between sites
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and stage goods for dispatch
- Replenish production lines with raw materials and packaging supplies
- Conduct accurate stock counts, cycle checks, and report discrepancies
- Prepare customer orders, including labelling, documentation, and dispatch coordination
- Maintain GMP-compliant warehouse standards, organization, and cleanliness
- Follow strict health & safety and site compliance procedures
- Work reliably and flexibly across multiple sites to meet operational needs
Skills & Experience
- Current forklift license with F endorsement
- Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
- Excellent literacy and communication skills for documentation, reporting, and team coordination
- Proficient in Excel for inventory, reporting, and reconciliation
- Experienced in ERP systems (SAP, Pronto, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving
- Flexible, reliable, and ready for an immediate start
