We’re working with an established New Zealand manufacturer to secure an experienced Sales Representative to grow their presence across the North Island.

You’ll represent a trusted brand with quality products, covering South of Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty, and have the chance to leverage existing networks while building new business. This role suits someone who understands how buildings come together — ideally from a construction, joinery, or broader building background — and who can confidently open doors.

What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with builders and developers
• Generate new business
• Present, promote, and sell products and services
• Manage sales activity to meet margins, KPIs, and targets

What we are looking for

• Proven B2B sales experience (building/construction preferred)
• Existing industry networks highly valued
• Warm, personable, and relationship-driven style
• Confident communicator with negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated
