What You Will Do

• Set and implement the strategic quality direction across multiple sites
• Lead and mentor a national quality team 
• Work with site teams and senior leadership to enhance systems, processes, and culture
• Ensure BRC and GMP standards are met and exceeded
• Empower teams to take ownership and deliver strong outcomes for customers

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced quality leader with a food manufacturing and compliance background (BRC, GMP)
• Strategic thinker who can also be hands-on with day-to-day quality operations
• Confident communicator able to influence and hold people to account
• Capable of nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
• People leader who can mentor and develop team members across multiple sites
