Our mates at Ryvalmedia are growing their Brissy crew. And this time? We’re teaming up once again to find their next Digital Manager.

Deep Paid Search and Paid Social experience? Non-negotiable. A proper strategic brain, client confidence and a love for the data? Also very much required.

Maybe Paid Media is your happy place and you want to keep doing more of what you love. Or maybe you’ve already built deep chops in Paid and you’re ready to flex into broader, more connected Digital and Media work. There’s a pathway for both here.

Either way, you love the platforms, but you’re just as comfy with strategy, clients and figuring out how all the moving pieces fit together.

SO, WHO IS RYVALMEDIA?

Think indie heart meets global agency muscle. They’re clever. Agile. Properly ambitious. A data led media and communications crew with depth across Digital, Performance, Media and Programmatic, and some pretty bloody good humans in the mix too.

You’ll get to think beyond the platforms, connect the dots across the wider media mix and build smart solutions around what clients actually need.

THE GIG

As the Digital Manager, you’ll sit within Ryvalmedia’s Digital crew, owning a tight client patch and supporting the Digital Directors on larger accounts.

Paid Search and Paid Social sit right at the heart of this one, with Google and Meta very much your sweet spot. You’ll be hands on, but you’ll also own the thinking around it, from strategy and planning to performance, data and client management. There’s scope to get closer to broader omni-channel work along the way too.

Your days will look a lil’ like this: 

• Own digital + paid media strategy, campaigns and performance across your client patch.
• Plan, build, optimise and troubleshoot across Paid Search and Paid Social, with Google and Meta at the core.
• Turn client goals into smart paid media plans, forecasts, budgets and recommendations.
• Get stuck into the data, reporting, measurement and attribution. What’s working? What isn’t? Where’s the next opportunity?
• Get properly close to your clients, understand their challenges and become a trusted go to across your accounts.
• Connect the Paid Media piece into the bigger client picture, working closely with the wider Digital and Media crew.
• Get exposure to Programmatic, Native, Content, LLMs and the broader Media world. You don’t need to walk in knowing it all though.
• Share your senior smarts with the junior crew through a little mentoring and guidance.
• Bring ideas, solve problems and keep the whole little engine humming beautifully.

AND YOU? 

• Solid agency runs on the board in the Digital / Performance Media world.
• Deep hands on experience across Paid Search and Paid Social. Google and Meta? Your bread and butter.
• Campaign setup, optimisation, QA + troubleshooting? All comfy territory.
• Strong digital and paid media strategy chops across planning, forecasting, budgets, pacing and recommendations.
• Great client confidence. You’re proactive and a little obsessed with understanding your clients’ businesses and challenges, not just their media accounts.
• A solid handle on reporting, measurement, attribution and tagging. GA4 and GTM? In your toolkit.
• You can connect the client problem, the data and the strategy, then turn it into a smart way forward.
• Wider Paid Media experience across TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest or YouTube? Lovely little bonus.
• Programmatic, Native, Content or broader Digital Media experience? Lovely. Keen to get more connected to that world? Also very welcome, but not essential.
• Plenty of curiosity and an appetite to keep learning, stretching and getting your hands on more.

Most importantly? You care. About the work, your clients, the detail and doing a bloody good job. That bit matters here. A lot.

THE REALLY GOOD BIT?

There’s loads of room for growth and progression here. You’ll have an epic SLT and Digital Directors around you, but plenty of space to have a voice, own your patch and make your mark.

Go deeper into strategy. Stay close to the Paid Media work you love. Stretch into a bigger Digital and Media world.
