THE GIG
This isn't just a "launch the ads and report on ROAS" kind of Snr. Paid Media role.
This is the kind of gig where Paid Creative instincts, commercial thinking and deep performance expertise actually matter.
You'll sit inside the eCom/B2C pod alongside a Client Strategy Lead and experienced Media Buyer, helping lead performance across a seriously cool portfolio of challenger brands while contributing heavily to strategy, testing, creative direction and growth conversations.
And whilst Paid Social remains a huge part of the picture, this isn't a Social-only gig.
Farsiight's best people don't think in channels. They think omni-channel.
We're looking for someone who can bring genuine depth across the broader Paid Search + Social ecosystem. Someone who loves Paid Creative, understands what makes consumers tick and thinks beyond platforms when there's a bigger growth opportunity sitting in front of them.
