THE GIG
This is not your average Media Planning Manager role.
This one’s for someone who truly gets media. The strategy. The nuance. The impact. Someone who wants to sit right at the centre of proper media success while doing work that actually means something.
Reporting to an exceptional Head of Media, you’ll help shape media strategy and planning across Papua New Guinea and the Pacific, with future scope to expand into the Australian market. You’ll be hands-on with some seriously iconic brands from day one, with Coca-Cola taking up a big part of your world. Think scale, visibility, and real responsibility.

As the Media Planning Manager, you’ll own end-to-end media planning and investment across traditional and digital channels. Strong traditional media experience is essential here. Think TV, OOH, Audio, PR, Digital and more.
You’ll have a highly experienced digital team in your corner, freeing you up to lead the thinking, shape the channel mix, and make every dollar count.
You’ll also partner closely with teams across Australia and the Pacific, alongside key external partners, bringing smart insight, disciplined investment, and media strategy that actually lands.
